Japanese wood carpenter’s chalk line tool

Japanese carved wood carpenter’s string chalk line tool in the shape of a dragon. Dragon has a stone set eye. Rotating wheel to guide string comes out of the top. Front of tool has a carved white fan-shaped decoration attached through which string passes.
